About Docifice

We write documentation people actually use.

Docifice is a technical writing and content agency built for companies that have outgrown unclear, outdated, or inconsistent documentation. We come in, learn your product, and build documentation that works.

Who We Are

A documentation agency that treats writing as a craft.

Docifice is a technical writing and content agency. We work with software companies, SaaS platforms, and enterprise teams who need documentation that is accurate, clear, and actually useful to the people reading it.

We are not a content farm. We do not produce templated output. Every project starts with us learning your product, understanding your users, and figuring out what the documentation needs to do before we write a single word.

Our work spans technical documentation, API references, knowledge bases, content strategy, training materials, and documentation engineering. We have worked across enterprise software, fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity, and developer tools, and we bring the same standard to every project.

What We Believe

A few things we hold to be true about documentation.

01
Documentation is a product, not an afterthought.
Good documentation is designed, structured, and maintained with the same care as the product it supports. When it is treated as an afterthought, users pay the price.
02
You have to use the product to document it well.
We do not write from specs. We get hands-on, test workflows, make API calls, and verify every step before we write it down. That is the only way to produce documentation that is actually accurate.
03
Clarity is a sign of respect for the reader.
Complicated writing is not sophisticated. It is inconsiderate. Every sentence we write is tested against one question: does this make the reader's job easier?
04
Consistency matters more than most people think.
Inconsistent terminology, formatting, and voice erode trust in documentation quietly. Users stop relying on it. We enforce consistency rigorously because the details add up.
05
Documentation should reduce the need for support.
If users are contacting support for answers that should be in the documentation, the documentation has failed. We measure success by how well it enables users to help themselves.
06
Structure is not optional.
Well-structured documentation is easier to read, easier to maintain, and easier to scale. We design information architecture before we write, not as an afterthought.
How We Work

Direct, collaborative, and built around your project.

Remote first
We work with teams everywhere.
Our entire process is designed for remote collaboration. We work across time zones, communicate clearly in writing, and deliver without needing to be in the same room.
No account managers
You work directly with the writer.
There is no layer between you and the person doing the work. You brief us directly, give feedback directly, and get answers directly. That is how we keep quality high and communication clear.
One revision round
We get it right the first time.
Because we do thorough discovery upfront, our drafts land close to the mark. We include one structured revision round in every project and we use it to refine, not to course-correct.
Work with us

Good documentation starts with a conversation.

Tell us about your project. We will be direct about what we can do, how long it will take, and what it will cost.
